You have 20 days to change a product.
Changes are only for sizes, colors and faulty items. For changes of a different product you should return it and place a new order.
Changes are completely free.

To change a product, the item must be in perfect condition and with original packaging .

You have 20 days from the delivery date to return all products you want.
Please ensure all garments are unused, as sold, with original package and tags.
RETURN THROUGH YOUR DESIRED COMPANY (Postal Service, UPS, DHL,..) to following address: Ronda Narcís Moturiol, 17, Parque tecnológico. 46980 Paterna (Spain).
To express procedure, please follow steps below:
- Fill up returns note you received with your order. Next to item name, please add reasons for return (reasons are not mandatory but will be very helpful).
- Attach returns note on package along product/s you wish to return (at it's original state).
- Stick carefully label below on your package. We suggest you keep postage receipt with you until transaction is completed. Be aware this is not a prepaid sticker.
- Orders can take up to 10 days to be delivered to us and will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once received and checked, we will refund you in the same payment mode as you placed your order.
Depending on your monitor calibration, product image color tone may vary slightly. Q2 will not be responsible for errors corresponding to a wrong interpretation.
