PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO CHANGE A PRODUCT :

You have 20 days to change a product.

Changes are only for sizes, colors and faulty items. For changes of a different product you should return it and place a new order.

Changes are completely free.

To make changes go to "order history", click on the affected order and select the product/s the click on "request return". Once we receive your request we will send you an email with the steps to follow.

To change a product, the item must be in perfect condition and with original packaging .

You have 20 days from the delivery date to return all products you want.
 
Please ensure all garments are unused, as sold, with original package and tags.

Depending on your monitor calibration, product image color tone may vary slightly. Q2 will not be responsible for errors corresponding to a wrong interpretation.
