Can I modify my order?

My order status is still 'We are working on your order', when will it be shipped?

If the status of your order is showing as 'We are working on your order', it means that we're busy getting your order together ready to be sent out. As we're receiving lots of orders at the moment, this status may show on your order for longer than normal. Don't worry though, we're working extra hard so that your order reaches you on time. You'll receive another email when we send your order to you, which will include a tracking link. If your order hasn't arrived by the expected delivery date, just click here for help.

What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?

If an item is no longer available on the website, then we no longer have any stock. Most items are not reordered.

Do you have a Q2 catalog?

Q2 does not have a catalog. You may purchase or by ordering online at q2shop.com
