Conditions

• You have 20 days from the delivery date to return any product.
• All garments must be unused and as sold, with the original packaging and tags.
• Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for your order.

How to return an order

1. Fill in the returns note you received with your order. Next to each item, add the reason for the return (not mandatory, but very helpful).
2. Put the returns note inside the package, together with the product(s) you wish to return, in their original state.
3. Stick the label carefully on the outside of your package. Please note: this is not a prepaid label.
4. Send the package with the courier of your choice (Postal Service, UPS, DHL…) to the address below, and keep your postage receipt until the refund is completed.

Once we receive it

Parcels can take up to 10 days to reach us and are processed within 24 hours of arrival. Once received and checked, we refund you using the same payment method you used for your order.
